A Bomb Scare At a North Texas Walmart

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Rockwall Police Department responded to a bomb threat just after 7a.m. this morning, at a local Walmart on IH-30.  According to police, an employee found an anonymous note, indicated there could be an explosive device inside the building.

Rockwall Police, Fire, and EMS responded, and the store was evacuated.  After a thorough investigation, no explosive devices were found, and the store was reopened to the public.  Rockwall Police will continue to investigate where the note came from.
