DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Residents of Denton will have new bragging rights soon, with the opening of a new state of the art Alamo Drafthouse happening in about a week. Tickets go on sale Wednesday and range from $6 to $11 each (pre-tax).
With eight auditoriums ranging in size from 49 to 232 seats and combined seating for 880 moviegoers, the company’s creative manager said “it’s especially exciting to have our new premium large format theater, The Big Show, make its debut in North Texas at the Denton theater, and we can’t wait to work with the university and the city’s many arts organizations, film festivals, and arts community as a whole to bring Alamo Drafthouse’s signature brand of events and unique programming to the city.”
Wallace said “you can expect a full tap wall, with the majority of beers being local.”
