Denton County (WBAP/KLIF News)- Hillwood is building two new buildings in AllianceTexas Development in Denton County.
It totals almost 1.3 million sq feet.
Tony Creme Senior Vice President of Hillwood said they have leased over 3 million sq feet at AllianceTexas so far and are building more to meet the needs of this market.
Creme said the goal is to create a global mixed use master plan community with industrial offices, residential, retail and medical buildings.
He said this will create a lot of job opportunities. The building will be completed by the first quarter of next year.
