(WBAP/KLIF) FORT WORTH – Helicopters flew above the city of Fort Worth and much a traffic was stopped as the body of Fort Worth Police Officer Garrett Hull was driven to the Greenwood Funeral Home from the Tarrant County Medical Exa
miner’s Office on Monday afternoon.
Officer Hull was shot in the head while in pursuit of three robbery suspects at a Los Vaqueros bar in south Fort Worth on Friday. Officer Hull was a 17 year veteran of the Fort Worth Police Department.

Officer Hull was a husband and father of two. A candlelight vigil will be held for Hull at Fort Worth Police Headquarters: 505 W. Felix St. 76115 on Wednesday night at 7:35 p.m. The vigil is open to the public. At this time, funeral arrangement are still being made.
The Fort Worth Police Department will also announce details of Officer Hull’s funeral arrangements during a news conference later today at police headquarters.
