Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Texas Baptist Men is headed out for another humanitarian mission, this time to the East coast where millions are reeling from the aftermath of Hurricane Florence.
The group, which travels the world to help people recover from natural disasters will head out this week.
TBM is equipped to prepare an estimated need of 200,000 meals per day.
They’re asking for disaster relief donations.
To help, the current need is for funding for the work and supplies that will be determined once we arrive and begin the work, TBM asks to donate to “Disaster Relief” at TBMtx.org/donate.

The organizations also says on its website that since there is also flooding in South Texas, we have several Feeding, Shower and Laundry, and Flood Recovery units on standby near the Texas Coast to respond to any need here.
