DALLAS – (WBAP/KLIF) – One man is dead, another injured in what Dallas Police say was a deadly shooting involving an on-duty apartment security guard.
Investigation into the shooting at the Magnolia Creek Apartments at 7272 Marvin D Love Freeway is just getting underway, but police say they believe the security guard shot a man after he was attacked with a metal object as he was sitting in his car.
Both men were transported; the security guard should recover but the as-yet unnamed assault suspect was declared dead.
