Mesquite (WBAP/KLIF) – The Mesquite Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in identifying two armed robbery suspects. On 07/03/2019 at approximately 6:24 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a business located in the 1100 block of North Town East Blvd in reference to a robbery in progress. The two pictured male subjects entered the store and inquired about a possible jewelry transaction. After a few minutes of conversation, both subjects jumped the counter and pointed handguns at the clerk. The suspects fled the scene in a gray Nissan Sentra. The Nissan Sentra is missing hubcaps on the driver and passenger front wheels.
