Vigil for Woman Killed in Lower Greenville; Man Says He Saw ‘Large Man Pushing Woman’

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) –  In Lower Greenville Thursday a vigil was held at the location where a young woman tragically died Monday.  22-year old Sara Hudson was to meet friends to celebrate her birthday but never made it.

Police late Wednesday night arrested a suspect seen on surveillance video. Video captures the moment when 49-year old Glen Richter allegedly pushed Hudson toward a car in a parking lot just after she got out. After a chain of events that included Hudson being forced to withdraw money from several ATMs, she was eventually shot and left in her burning SUV.

At the vigil a man — who did not know Hudson — told WFAA that he was was riding his bike in the area Monday when he “saw a large man pushing a woman towards a car.

He says he “didn’t think anything of it at the time.”
