GARLAND (WBAP/KLIF) – Garland Police are searching for a missing 18 year old autistic man. Isaac Villalobos was last seen Monday night near the Garland Convention and Rec Center on Legend Drive. He was wearing a red T-shirt, blue jeans, and black boots.
He’s described as Hispanic, 5′ 9″ and weights approximately 170 pounds. He has the mental capacity of a 10-13 year old child.
