FORT WORTH (WBAP 24/7 News) - The Tarrant County District Attorney's office is being compelled by the state of Texas to release details about a sexual harassment complaint filed against District Attorney Joe Shannon.
The county reached a six-figure settlement in September with the former assistant district attorney who filed the complaint.
Several media outlets requested details of the settlement, but the county refused. It now has 30 days to either release the information or file an appeal.
