According to the doc a sliced potato is a great way to treat headaches, neck aches muscle pain and chills.
A lemon compress is great for reducing fever.
And garlic can be used as an antibacterial (eat lots of it)
To me the most amazing tip was to place a sliced onion on your nightstand to absorb all the nasty germs that go along with being sick. Personally I don't know if it works, but I have several Facebook friends that say it did the job for them. According to the doc the onion will look pretty nasty in the morning. Yuck!
