The Fiscal Standoff continues this week between the White House and Congress.  Republicans in the House are trying to funnel more money to the Pentagon, while also exempting agencies such as the FBI from the budget cuts taking effect this week.  The Pentagon says it may have to furlough about 15,000 military school teachers because of the budget cuts that went into place last Friday.

The Republicans are also outlining a spending proposal that would keep the Federal Government funded through September.
