We hear so many stories about bad customer service I wanted to share something good that happened to me.
Last year I purchased a certificate from sweetjack.com for a mani/pedi at a Richardson business.
I called the business this week to redeem my certificate and found out it's closed.
So I contacted sweetjack (at this point I need to disclose that sweetjack is owned by our parent company, Cumulus Media) and asked how we could resolve this problem.
I received an email within a couple of hours informing me that my account had been credited and the money could be used toward any future purchase.
Not bad Sweetjack...not bad at all!!
