DALLAS (WBAP 24/7 NEWS) - Reports of shots fired inside a parking garage at UT-Southwestern Medical Center led to the discovery of a woman's body Tuesday night.  

Authorities say the woman was fatally shot, but they haven't identified her or a suspect. 

The hospital was on lock-down for several hours before officials sounded the "all-clear".

UT-Southwestern officials say the incident was not random.
