DENTON (WBAP/KLIF 24/7 NEWS) A teenage suspect is in custody after a deadly shooting in Denton. Police say the 16 year old in custody, and charged with murder, lived at the house with the victim on Paco Trail, near Mingo road and North Ruddell street. An altercation occured in front of the home and Jimmy Castro-Almazan was shot.
Shane Kizer with the Denton PD says they have not located the murder weapon and if anyone in the neighborhood finds a gun on their property, they should immediately call Denton police.
