SEAGOVILLE (WBAP 24/7 NEWS) – The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating a deadly single-engine plane crash in Seagoville.
The pilot, who was the only person on board, was killed when the Beechcraft Bonanza went down Thursday night in an open field near Bent Tree and Ballard roads.
Debris from the crash hit two homes and a nearby barn.
It appears the plane was trying to make it to Mesquite municipal airport when the pilot encountered some type of problem.
