Fort Worth Teacher Accused of Assaulting Young Boy

FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) A Fort Worth family is outraged about how a teacher was seen on video treating a young boy. Five-year-old Justin Bell is in Pre-K at Woodway Elementary. A video captured last week by another teacher, shows an adult yelling at Justin before grabbing him and lifting him in the air. Teisha Bell told WFAA her son was assaulted. The teacher who captured the video said Justin was also dragged across the playground and pushed down onto his knees. Fort Worth ISD says it has put a teacher on administrative leave and has launched an investigation.
