DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF NEWS)- Dallas Police arrested a 21-year-old man after the suspect allegedly shot and killed a 35-year-old man Saturday afternoon.
Martin Rocha Pena allegedly shot the 35-year-old over a physical dispute between the man and a juvenile.
The incident happened at the Casa De Arroyo apartments off of Spring Valley Road, where the man and the juvenile were in a physical dispute. the juvenile fled, but eventually returned with Rocha Pena, who then shot the man in the chest. Officers pronounced him dead at the scene.
Rocha Pena admitted to shooting the man and was taken to Dallas county jail, where he is being held on 1 million dollar bail.
