BURLESON (WBAP/KLIF 24/7 NEWS) – Two Burleson Police Officers have been shot during a bank robbery in Burleson near Interstate 35W and Renfro Street.
Both officers were taken in the same ambulance to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. One officer has minor injuries according to MedStar. The other has serious injuries but doctors do not think those injuries are life threatening.
The bank robbery occurred at the Wells Fargo bank on East Renfro at I-35W.
The suspect was arrested.
