FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) – A court date has been set for the “affluenza teen.”
It’ll be his first appearance before an adult court judge.
Couch is scheduled to appear on Apr. 18.
Couch killed four people in a drunk driving crash in 2013 and was given probation.
He and his mom, Tonya, fled to Mexico in late November as authorities were investigating if he violated his probation.
The adult court judge is expected to set new terms for Couch’s probation.
