DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The Cathedral of Hope church in Dallas was forced to hold its Sunday services outdoors after several suspicious packages were found.
Two suitcases and other items including a cell phone were discovered in a construction area near the main church entrance on Cedar Springs. They turned out to be harmless.
Cathedral of Hope is one of the largest LGBT churches in the country.
Security measures were increased after a mass shooting at a gay nightclub in Orlando June 12th.
