DESOTO (WBAP/KLIF News) – Police in DeSoto said they’ve been called twice in the last three months to deal with incidents involving former Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins.
In May, officers investigated a domestic violence call from Watkins’ home, reportedly involving Watkins and his wife.
In mid-July, police said officers found Watkins walking drunk along a road in the middle of the night.
No arrests were made in either case.
“I stand behind my officers and the determination they made both nights,” DeSoto Police Chief Joe Costa told WFAA-TV.
