PLANO (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Plano Police Department is investigating how the body of Megan Leigh Getrum wound up in Lake Ray Hubbard.
Getrum was reported missing on Tuesday after family members got worried when they didn’t hear from her over the weekend.
Her body was found Saturday morning when a passerby noticed a body floating in the water and pulled the body to shore.
Authorities said there were no signs of foul play at the time. The Dallas County Medical Examiner is investigating the cause of death.
Now, Plano Police asking the public to help piece together what happened. Getrum was last seen wearing the clothing items pictured below as she walked along the shore Friday night.
