FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) – Police officers shot a man Tuesday evening who was standing in the middle of East Loop 820, waving a knife and screaming at passing vehicles. At least two officers fired on him when he charged them. The suspect was severely wounded. That part of loop 820 was completely closed near Trinity Boulevard for several hours due to the investigation, which is still ongoing.
