Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Fire Rescue said the search for a car and its driver that were swept into the Trinity River in southeast Oak Cliff Wednesday morning has been temporarily suspended due to harsh weather.
DFR spokesman Jason Evans said the search could resume if weather conditions improve.
Evans said crews, including the Swift Water Team searched an approximate 3-4 mile stretch of the river Wednesday morning, but found no sign of the car or its driver.
A tweet @DallasFireRes_q said the the car had gone under.

Dallas Fire-Rescue has no timeline as to when the search will resume.
