(Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – On August 13, 2018, at approximately 12:01 p.m., Dallas police responded to the 2700 block of Fatima Avenue regarding a shooting call. The victim, Billy Eric Smith a 55-year-old, Black male was found in a vacant grassy lot next to the street with a gunshot wound. Dallas Fire and Rescue arrived and pronounced the victim deceased.
