DALLAS/FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – A North America Airport satisfaction study by J.D Power, Dallas Love Field was ranked #2 of 24 large airports and DFW was ranked #5 of 19 mega airports.
JD Power’s, Michael Taylor said they surveyed over 40,000 North America travelers who traveled through at least one Domestic Airport in the past three months.
The survey was based on services, cleanliness, security and more.
He says overall, Texas airports were represented well. Houston George Bush, Austin and San Antonio all ranked high.
