AllianceTexas 30 years in Review: Triples in Size, Thousands of New Jobs and Billions of Economic Impact for NTX

FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF)- In the last 30 years, AllianceTexas has tripled in size.

Mike Berry, president of Hillwood, developer of Alliance says the area used to be a little town with cows and barbed wire fences. Now there are over 45 million square feet worth of development and 65,000 people working there everyday for over 500 new companies. “It’s been a pretty significant change over the last 30 years,” Berry said.

In that time, the developments have generated more than $76 billion in economic impact.
