DALLAS – A Dallas woman has won a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Honda.
Lawyers for the 27-year-old, Sarah Milburn, argued that a poor seat-belt design, in a honda odyssey, is what led to her injuries.
Milburn was taking an Uber in 2015 when the van she was in ran a red light and was hit by a pick up truck.
The crash left Milburn a quadriplegic.
The jury has awarded her over 37 million dollars.
