Former McKinney Daycare Worker Slapped With More Prison Time in Plea Deal

Collin County, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – A former McKinney daycare worker serving a 10-year prison sentence for abusing an infant, has pleaded guilty to more charges.

The initial case involved a then 2-month old baby, (pictured right with his mother) who suffered several bone fractures at the hands of Wiese in 2018.

Surveillance video from Joyous Montessori Daycare was instrumental in the case, according to Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis.

The mother in the case, Aerial Murphy is pushing for mandatory surveillance video at all Texas daycare facilities.
