DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF 24/7 News) – The Better Business Bureau is warning about charity scams during the holiday season.
The Bureau's Jeannette Kopko says don't let corrupt charities keep you from donating to honest organizations…
"Like anything else, you want to make sure who you're giving to, what the organization is doing, how your donation will be used."
She says the BBB's Wise Giving Alliance evaluate's charities at www.give.org to help you avoid getting scammed.
