DALLAS (WBAP 24/7 NEWS) – Foggy conditions across the Metroplex forced a number of flight delays and cancellations Tuesday morning at the two largest airports across the area.
A Ground Stop was in effect for several hours at DFW International. That kept flights from other cities away.
Southwest Airlines canceled a number of flights at Dallas Love Field.
Forecasters expect the fog to burn off by midday. Flights will then slowly return to normal.
