DALLAS (WBAP 24/7 NEWS)-A February 26th pre-trial hearing has been scheduled in Dallas Mayor Pro-Tem Tennell Atkin's assault case.
He's accused of shaking a Dallas City Hall security guard because she would not let him inside the building before opening hours.
Atkins says he shouted at the woman, but claims his hands were full and he couldn't shake her.
Security cameras in that part of city hall were not working.
