Seat Vacated with Passing of Antonin Scalia

(WBAP/KLIF NEWS) A moderate immigrant judge may be on the short list to fill the Supreme Court seat vacated with the passing of justice Antonin Scalia. A constitutional law expert says the court may not get another conservative like Scalia. Byron Henry is the former president of the Collin County Bar Association. He says Eastern Indian Immigrant judge Sri Srinivasan, with the Washington DC Circuit Court of Appeals, is likely being considered for the seat, but he is a moderate. Scalia was the first Italian-American justice and served on the court nearly 30 years.
