DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Dallas Area Rapid Transit is experiencing some problems with its rail system from Dallas to Rowlett.
The crossing arms aren’t working and police in Garland are having to raise them manually.
DART said it is working to fix the problem and people should expect delays.
