DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) Ladies, today is the last day you can sign up to get a free mammogram next month. Nicole Lamoureux is with the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics. She says there are more than 50 of the clinics in North Texas that offer many free services to women. Register by 5 pm today by calling 1.800.340.1301, and show up at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas on April 9th. Workers there will also tell you how to get free pregnancy and diabetes tests. Importantly, the Dallas C.A.R.E. Clinicclinic is not just for women. It will include the following for men, women, and children:
- Primary Care Medical Exam/Physical
- Glucose Testing
- Kidney Function Testing
- EKGs
- Cholesterol Testing
- Pregnancy/STD Testing
- Mammograms/Mammogram Referrals within the Texas Association of Charitable Clinics’ Network
- Dermatology Screenings
- Vision Screenings and Eye Glasses
- Behavioral Health Care
- 3 Months of Free Medication for post clinic treatment
- Follow-up appointment within Texas Charitable Clinic Network
- Health Insurance Navigation
