WBAP/KLIF – The term of the Grand Jury looking into a gunbattle between bikers and law enforcement last year has expired. 9 people were killed, 20 injured in the melee at a Waco restaurant. Since it began meeting in November the grand jury has indicted 154 suspects on a charge of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. The cases of 39 others who were arrested as a result of the police investigation were not presented to the Grand Jury, which may mean they won’t face charges, but that is not clear at this time.
