WBAP/KLIF – A Smith County constable was shot Saturday night in the town of Tyler, apparently by his wife. Tyler Police say Henry Jackson was arguing with his wife when the shooting occurred. He is hospitalized with what are not believed to be life-threatening injuries. His wife has been arrested. The Jackson’s 5 year old granddaughter is also hospitalized with injuries, although police have not said how she was hurt.
