A driver who caused a fatal DWI accident has been arrested again.

WBAP/KLIF – A convicted DWI driver who was put on probation for causing a fatal accident in 2013 has now been arrested for violating the terms of that probation. Leo Deleon admitted he killed a passenger in his car when he slammed into the back of an 18 wheeler while driving drunk. Since he was put on probation he’s been arrested for having sex with a three year old girl, tested positive for using methamphetamine, failed to report to his probation officer, ducked out on a breathalyzer program, skipped several mandatory tests, and by-passed his electronic monitoring program. He is now in the Dallas County Jail.
