WBAP/KLIF – The Dallas Police Department is asking the public to help it catch a killer. It’s looking for assistance in finding whoever gunned down Forest Jacobs a week ago at the In and Out Burger on 635 and Coit road. Detectives do know the suspect was driving a maroon, four door vehicle, but they need more, and are asking anyone with information to come forward. There’s even a reward. Crimestoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
