DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – A former human resources director for the Dallas Independent School District has filed a lawsuit.
Tonya Sadler Grayson claims she was wrongfully terminated.
She also alleges Trustee Lew Blackburn repeatedly asked her for “sexual favors” in return for employment protection.
Grayson was fired in July 2015 following a report that she took part in repeated deception during her tenure and lied about her criminal history.
The lawsuit seeks back pay, damages for emotional pain and suffering, and attorneys fees and court costs.
