IRVING (WBAP/KLIF News) – A construction worker is hospitalized after being trapped in a trench for more than three hours.
The 34-year-old man fell in the 12′ hole on Ridgewood Street near North Story and Finley Roads in Irving.
He was buried up to his neck in loose dirt.
The man was flown to Parkland Hospital with what were described as lower body injuries.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has been called to investigate.
