KELLER (WBAP/KLIF) – Voters in Keller are casting ballots today to decide a recall drive against Mayor Mark Matthews. Recall supporters say Matthews violated ethics laws when he voted last year on a city proposal involving the company that employs his wife. They claim that was a serious conflict of interest. Matthews says he cleared it with the city attorney before he voted, and insists he did nothing wrong.
