DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas police are trying to determine who shot a man to death in Oak Cliff late Saturday night, and why. An officer was flagged down by the passenger of an SUV parked on the side of Hampton Road. The driver of that vehicle had been shot, it’s unclear by whom. He died later in a hospital. It is not even certain whether the fatal shot was fired from outside the SUV, or from inside it.
