West Findings Mean Murderer Could be on the Loose

WEST (WBAP/KLIF News) New findings from the West plant explosion indicate that at least one person is responsible for the fire that caused the blast. And that could mean a murderer is on the loose. Dr. G.M. Cox is an expert on the issue at Tarleton State University. He said if intent is behind the deaths of the 15 people, then there is a murderer at large. Dr. Cox also says it will probably be impossible to find a suspect now that three years have passed since the explosion.
