DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – They’re talking trash at Dallas City Hall.

Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Erik Wilson says the “Real Trash Talk” campaign is working…in the last few months, nearly 10 illegal dumping sites have been cleaned up, and arrests for illegal dumping are up.  Wilson says since the start of the fiscal year in October, 175 people have been arrested.

The campaign aims to raise awareness about the cost of dumping to the city and surrounding neighborhoods, and how to get rid of trash and other waste the right way.  Click here to go to the “Real Trash Talk” page.
