DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Heavy rain and strong winds blew through North Texas on Sunday evening leaving, at one point, more than 35,000 people in the dark.
Tarrant, Dallas, Collin, Denton and Kaufman counties had significant outages, according to Oncor.
It took about three hours to restore power.
