OAK CLIFF (WBAP/KLIF News) – A man from Oak Cliff was arrested for assaulting a postman.
Court papers said Korey Larkin, 26, was upset about a package that hadn’t been delivered and he accused the postal carrier of stealing it.
The mailman told police Larkin threatened him with a gun, saying the “cartel was going to want their package.”
Larkin is accused of punching the carrier in the face after the verbal exchange.
The government has 30 days to present the case to a grand jury.
Larkin faces up to 25 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
