DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas County District Attorney Susan Hawk is back in Dallas after being treated for depression.
Hawk has spent the last several weeks at the Menninger Clinic in Houston. She’s still under a doctor’s care and has not been cleared to return to work.
Hawk spent nine weeks at the same clinic after she was first elected district attorney.
Her critics call for her to step down, but supporters say her mental state does not mean she cannot carry out the responsibilities of her job.
