Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – A woman who was the passenger in a vehicle that had been struck by a hit-and-run driver early this morning on the North Central Expressway was then struck and killed by a second hit-and-run driver. She and the driver of her vehicle were out, checking the damage done by the first accident when she was run down and killed by a passing car. The driver of that vehicle didn’t stop either, but Dallas Police found him a short time later, and he has been arrested. To this point no trace has been found of the first hit-and-run driver.
